Vinton Street is the name of a recurring non-euclidean street on Monk. It's the location of many places on the show. In real life, there is a Vinton Court in San Francisco, but it is only about half a block long. According to Andy Breckman, Vinton Street is named after Vinton Road in Madison, New Jersey.[1]
