Tim Hayden is a character featured in Season 5. He is a restauranteur who dated a woman named Gail Segalis until their abrupt breakup in Greece when she left with a man named Hal Tucker. After Gail was murder and he was interrogated by Stottlemeyer and Disher, Hal stormed into Hayden's restaurant with an intent to shoot him, but had no ammo. There was a struggle in which Tucker finished off Hayden by beating him to death with a revolver.
