Ruth Weingart is a woman who appears in Mr. Monk Gets on Board. She and her friends Daniela Grace, Sondra Winters, and Lynn Sung attempted to kill Darby McGinnis, a surgeon who had killed their friend Samantha in a botched surgery a year earlier. They were about to throw him off of a cruise ship they were on when Adrian Monk and Natalie Teeger stopped them. They agreed to try and get McGinnis's license revoked instead of killing him.
