Kyle Brooks is a murderer featured in Season 5. He is married to Dianne Brooks, a close college friend to Adrian and Trudy Monk. He plotted to kill Dianne by staging a suicide, using a contracted suicide note from the one she used during her college days. First thing he did was murder Katherine Rutherford, the only person that read the original suicide note. Next phase was attempting to throw Dianne over the balcony of their hotel room, but he was immediately arrested by Stottlemeyer and Disher.
