Jimmy Cusack was the leader of a sanitation union who was murdered in Mr. Monk and the Garbage Strike. Adrian Monk suspected three different people in Cusack's death. He first suspected Mayor Ray Nicholson, who had been meeting with Cusack at the union office. He then believed it was musician Alice Cooper, who he believed killed Cusack to take his antique chair. Eventually, Monk came to the correct conclusion, that union accountant Ron Neely was the one who killed Cusack.
