Garrett Price is a recurring character, a lawyer who who appears in "Mr. Monk Gets Stuck in Traffic" and "Mr. Monk and the Man Who Shot Santa Claus and is portrayed by Larry Miller.
Garrett's first appearance was in "Mr. Monk Gets Stuck in Traffic" when a traffic accident on the Highway him and Monk are travelling on cause a massive traffic jam. With traffic at a standstill, Monk leaves the car to find out what happened. He meets an over-the-hill lawyer named Garrett Price, who joins Monk as he makes his way to the crash site.
