Frank Pulaski was a victim featured in Season 2. He was a tollbooth officer until a vehicle pulled up to him asking for him in person. Upon reaching the vehicle, the man inside handcuffed him to a tethered rope inside his car and drove. Before his co-worker, Tommy Zimm, could cut the rope, Frank was already being dragged down the road until he was found dead. He was discovered to be on a jury 6 years prior to an injury lawsuit where handyman, Ian Agnew, was suing homeowner, Stewart Babcock, for a work-related injury that left him scarred for life and a pipe stuck in his head. Babcock was discovered to be Pulaski's murderer, along with 11 others.
