Frank Prager is a character featured in Season 4. He is an ex-convict who Leland Stottlemeyer was hunting for armed robbery, in which his brother, Micheal, was shot and killed in a shootout. He was a former Special Ops soldier who sought payback against Leland. He shot a Leland in the parking lot at a bar at one point, but claimed it was a message, an M for Michael. He was also accused of poisoning a bottle of port wine which was gifted to Stottlemeyer, but was drank by Detective Chasen. Since then, he kept his distance from his home where his wife, Charlotte, and his daughter, Dorrie, remained. He was later arrested at a Catholic church.
