Frank Porter is a character from Mr. Monk and the Blue Flu. Arguably the most normal of Adrian Monk's division, Frank is an old man who is very forgetful. He is assisted by his granddaughter, Sparrow Porter. Frank is the one that provides Monk with one of the clues he needs to figure out who killed Allegra Doucett, John Yamada, Diane Truby, and Scott Eggers, when he mentions that the latter three are all 44 years old.
