Barbara O'Keefe is a character featured in Season 8.
Biography[]
She was a patient of Dr. Neven Bell's. In the middle of a drought, she took her third bath of the day and chatted with her mother about Dr. Bell over the phone. The call was abruptly cut off and her cat entered the bathroom. She realized someone must have let the cat in so she got out of the tub and wrapped a towel around her body. Unfortunately for her, an intruder broke into the bathroom and drowned her in the tub. He then dressed her in a bikini and dumped her in a pool near her apartment. She was found the next morning by the pool cleaner floating in the pool and wearing a bikini. Her killer was later revealed to be Xavier Danko, a former member of her therapy group. Danko had come to Dr. Bell after developing an obsession with an exotic dancer by the name of Tiffany Bolt, and left the group claiming to be cured. In reality, he had murdered Tiffany, stuffed her body in the trunk of her car, and drove it into the reservoir. When San Francisco went through a drought, he feared the car and body would eventually be found, and thus he tried to kill off the other people of his therapy group so they could not connect him to it.
